"I bought these for myself not my kids. Size 39 for US 7 to 7 1/2 womens seems to fit fine. Might be a little narrow for some, but fits me well. Can wait to go jump in a puddle!"

"I ordered a size 29 (size 12 on charts) for my son thinking he would be able to fit into them in the spring when his feet grow, but when the boots arrived, they were really a size 11 - which fit him now. They are regular width which fits nicely for kids who do not have extra wide feet. I love the fit and quality of the boots and will keep these for now (my younger can wear them later) and order a bigger size for spring."

"Having read they were coming up small I got my size 35 son a pair of size 37s. When they arrived I checked the boots against a pair of Clarks size 2.5 (35) and the size 37 wellies were *smaller* than that! Sizing is really awry and his toes were right at the end. I'm about to send them back and order a 39 in the hope that they will be big enough to last a while with thick socks. It's a shame because they are absolutely beautiful boots."

"My 3 yr.old son LOVES his new "Pirate Boots!" He wears a size 8 shoe, so I ordered a 29, based on another reviewer's suggestion to order a size larger than the sizing chart recommends. That was the right choice. They're a little big, but with thicker socks at first, he'll get several seasons out of them. The rubber is very flexible and easy for him to get on/off by himself. Another winner from Boden!"

"An adorable pair of wellington boots to make every boys passion for jumping in the puddles even more fun.
My rating for these boots is 5 out 5 overall but I agree with the other reviewer about the sizing: my son is currently wearing continental size 23/24, so I ordered size 25 to have room for growth and they look small.
I have not tried them on my son yet, but I think they will have to go back to be exchanged for a size up."

"These boots are absolutely adorable. My only complaint is with the sizing. I used the sizing chart and ordered a size 25 (because I need a size 9) for my son. When I received the boots the size 25 was actually a size 8. Definitely fit like an 8 too. When ordering make sure you check with customer service in order to get the correct size."
