"I bought these jeans for my husband after having difficulty in buying a pair he found comfortable. He tried them on and wore them for the rest of the day - he loved them! I bought the dark blue in a 34 long and they fit really nicely. I'll be ordering another pair for him immediatley."

"My husband ordered a pair of these, although after looking at the pic, I thought them too shapeless. But this is Boden, and of course once they were on they looked great. I could appreciate the design wizardry that went into the slightly relaxed cut. The mid-weight denim is well finished, and his usual size, 34R, is a good fit. Recommended."

"I've ,bought lots of Boden jeans for my husband in the past and 34 r has always fitted ,including those from last season . These however were too tight at the waist. We were disappointed as they were a lovely pair of jeans and looked well on him apart from the fact he couldnt do the button up."

"I bought these jeans on the back of some good quality tees and jumpers. The denim was good quality but a bit heavy. The length for me when altered was perfect - I am 6'1" and often find that off the peg 32" get stuck under shoes or trainers and rip the hems, not here. Fit was OK - though a bit Marks and Spencers...i.e. a bit flat on the front and not a particularly flattering cut, but then i like my jeans looser. Not bad value for money, but nothing outstanding."

"I bought these jeans for my husband - I had already bought them in the lighter colour and he loved them. Great fit and great quality. We noticed that other people had had a problem with the button fly but he found it was fine. Great purchase!"

"My husband was very disappointed with these jeans. He is 6ft and always orders 34 reg or 34 waist, 32 inside leg. Ordered 34R in vintage colour.These jeans were very short and a very poor fit in general. So disappointing as we usually love your mens' clothing. The quality of the denim was good although colour and fit not good at all."

"Ordered 32R for my husband but he is finding these 'a bit snug' - not enough depth from the waist down. This is strange because every other trouser from Boden in 32R fits him perfectly. Also Boden why do all your jeans have to have button flies? My husband much prefers zips - more jeans with zips please Boden!"

"My husband is a 36" regular and they fit him perfectly. He realy likes them and he is very hard to please when choosing clothes. The only thing he isn't keen on is the scratching effect to make them seem old."

"With a husband who hates shopping - these jeans are the answer . The only complaint would be the button fly which looks good but is awkward. A zip fly alternative will make these jeans even more popular . So why not??"
