"I got the brown shirt in a 12. Usually wear a 10, but it was still a little hard to put on. Fit nicely once on, it was just hard to get hands through to the sleeves. There are pretty little circles woven in the fabric. I didn't notice this from the image - just thought I would mention."

"I really love this top. It is feminine with the pretty ruffles and pintuck detailing. I love the blue color - looks great with chocolate pants or cords and will look lovely in the spring with white pants. I was concerned about the sizing after reading several of the reviews but found that it fit as my other size 14 tops do. I am 6 feet tall and it could have been a little longer but I find this to be the case with Boden tops. Love it and the sale price makes it a steal! :)"

"I really like the look of this shirt, so ordered my normal size 14 and was disappointed when I tried it on, as to me it was more like a size 12. I have loads of size 14 tops, so know I ordered the right size. It was tight across the bust and shoulders on me. So I am afraid it had to be sent back."

"I wear this with the aqua tweed skirt and it fits beautifully - usually I find things a bit tight round the bust but this is perfect. I would like the sleeves a little bit shorter though, I tend to roll them up for work. The fabric feels lovely, comfortable on, like a second skin, demure enough for work, think I'll be wearing this top out!"

"This shirt was different than I expected. I think the detail was too small to see in the catalog picture or on the web site. I like to buy a white shirt every season and this was just not for me. I am a big fan of the great white shirts. I have 3 of them. I didn't like the the dots."

"I ordered this in the blue colour. The colour and material are lovely. I am a petite size 16 and I found that the fit was just a little too snug. Ideal for a 14-16 rather than a real size 16."

"I wanted an interesting white shirt to tuck into my high waisted skirt and I thought the details in this shirt was the perfect fit. It adds a bit of whimsy to a rather boring work skirt.
I usually wear a US 2 and a UK 8 and this shirt is true to size (I ordered a UK 8). I can also wear this shirt with jeans. The hem fits fine on top of my jeans. It is fitted (but not so much that it's body hugging) so if you're looking for a larger fit, do order a size up. The white is a bit see through but I can wear it with or without a white tank underneath.
I will definitely order the other colors when it goes on sale!"

"I just received this and its a lovely shirt. I got the sea blue color and its a bit darker then on the website. I am between a US size 6/8 and usally I wear Boden tops in UK size 10 but this one I have to change to a UK size 12. It seems to run on the small side. Fabric is very nice and the dots are cute. Looks fab with the boyfriend jeans."

"This is a gorgeous shirt. But I was expecting it to be more casual. In real life, it looks and feels a bit too dressed up. The fit was fine everywhere except the hem. The hem was very tight, which made the waist poof out. Since I intended to wear this untucked, this is unacceptable (and uncomfortable). I don't know if a larger size would look right on me. The Sea Blue color is lovely."
