"As a size 16 and in my 40s, I sometimes shy away from bold prints, afraid it would make me look larger or ridiculous. In this case however, this cardigan is just adorable, the print actually flattering and did not make me look larger at all. Wore it straight away and received many compliments. Like others wished this had been ingrained better with the fabric and will be careful upon cleaning it, but just adoreable all around. Want to order another but as is the case this late fall, everything is out of stock and must wait wait wait for things to come in-worth it though in this case!"

"I normally wear a US medium/10, ordered the navy in UK 14 which fits great. Love the color combo of brown/white/navy. My complaint is that the color is only applied on the surface. It is not dyed through the fabric so when the sweater is stretched (e.g. elbows/shoulders) the white fabric underneath shows through. For the price I expected the color to go deeper on the material."

"I don't normally wear such bold patterns, but I couldn't resist this. I have it in purple and I love it. I think it will look good with a brown wooden chunky necklace or a wooly scarf to keep my neck warm as it gets colder. Looks great with jeans. Fits and washed well. If there were other bold patterns this season in this style I would certainly buy another."

"I'm kind of late to put the review, but over all I'm very satisfied with this cardigan. However(!), I do see the point that many reviwer said...Boden could have made an more effort to match the seam pattern. For this price, I'd expect something close to perfect. Especally Boden is one of top brand who makes high quality clothing that I know of. But I still really like this cardigan!"

"I ordered this in the version with the brown circles on the red background and was happy to see that the colours were nice and bright when it arrived (often the colour of things seems more muted than on the website). I haven't actually worn it properly yet but when I tried it on the fit seemed fine (I am a largish size 12 and ordered the 12). It is quite close fitting but there is enough stretch so it doesn't feel too clingy. This would look great with a little cami underneath."

"I am 5'8" and a size 10US. I ordered a Boden size 6 to ensure that it would be neither too tight nor too short in the sleeves or body. I was absolutely not disappointed, either. The fit was beautiful, being neither form-fitting nor baggy. The purple color is unusual and beautiful, youthful but not childish. I bought a violet Phoebe cami to go underneath and debuted them with khakis, purple sandals, and a neutral bag on a date with my husband. He thought I looked terrific and I felt like a million bucks. This item also washes well. After washing on cold, I hang it on a large plastic hangar for a while in the laundry room. The indirect heat from the machines helps it to dry. Then I place in the dryer on 'air only' setting (NOT low, nor any other heated setting) to finish. No color transfer, no draw-up. I'm hooked.. thanks Boden!"

"I just received my green spotted cardigan today and LOVE it! It fits great and the quality is even better. I've never ordered a cardigan from Boden before, but i foresee many more in the future! It is the best looking cardigan I've ever bought, it fits close to the body without looking like i'm trying to fit into my neices clothes. I'm a Canadian size 4 in tops and i ordered the 10, it fits great with a top underneath. I would most likely get a size 8 next time as i am smaller chested, but I'm more than happy with my purchase. If you are debating about getting this or not, i strongly suggest getting it before it's too late!"

"I bought the red/brown about 6 weeks ago and had to return because it was too small. I then waited A MONTH for the exchange of the bigger size, washed it by hand, only to have the red bleed all over the tiny ivory lines. Naturally, I can't even re-order it because now they're all sold out! Even then, I don't know how I'd wash it! Very disappointed in how long it takes to get exchanges, and the bright vivid colors of this top don't mean much if they become a mess in the wash! It may need to be dry-cleaned but that's hardly worth it to me."

"I got this in the purple/green version and just love it! So glad I ordered it when I did as other people seem to love it too! Great colours and funky spot print, heavy good quality Jersey that fits beautifully and it very flattering too. I ordered my usual size as I don’t mind the slim fit and I find it isnt too tight it is cut well and looks good just on its own. I also like the contrast trim on this as it breaks up that overall print and makes it even more special. Lots of people commented on it on the first wearing ‘what a pretty top’ and it makes me smile too.... I would love to see this again in more colourways, the funkier the better!"

"From the first try of this cardigan I knew it will be my favourite and I will have trouble taking it off all winter! The colour combination (purple/green) is a bit more adventurous than I would normally go for, but I really love it. "I bought this in the green, because green is the new green. Anyway, I wore it to work today, and sure enough the first person I met asked me where I got this lovely cardigan. Later in the afternoon, walking down the hall, another co-worker stopped to comment, "what a nice top!" I think that says it all. I'm very happy, although it is worth noting that the cardigan is a bit darker than it appears on-line and in catalogs, that the spot outline is ivory, not white, and that the fit is quite snug. I can only wear a light layer underneath. I'm a US 4, so I got the 10, and even so, it's snug. Keep that in mind."

"This cardigan is very well made. Everyone wants to know where I purchased this great sweater. The colors are true to the online pictures. "I loved this cardigan as soon as I got it a few weeks ago but waited till I could launder it to write a review. Happy to say it laundered great (following the instructions.) I got the dark brown one and was worried that the navy trim would look "washed out" after it was laundered but it doesn't! Colors are just as rich as ever. Fit is a bit slender. But I ordered my standard size for Boden tops and since I plan to wear it without a layer underneath, the slim fit will be fine. Something different to throw on with jeans or cords. Highly recommended."
